General description

BCL is an independent firm of consulting engineers and planners. Founded in 1964, the firm provides a broad range of sevices in planning, design and implementation of development projects. These include socio-economic, institutional and management studies, transport planning, agro-rural development, housing, road, bridge, water, river and power engineering, human resources development and project management.

The firm has regional subsidiaries in Europe and Africa and is registered with the World Bank, ADB, IDB, UNDP and a number of other similar international agencies.
