IRD Engineering is an Italian consulting company that offers professional services in the areas of civil and structural engineering, project and construction management, rural and urban transports engineering, consultancy for administrative support services and feasibility analysis.

IRD Engineering is certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards (certificate no. 822/SGQ/EA34-01 released by ICIC) for the services concerning:

"Preliminary Studies, Design, Supervision and Technical Assistance in the fields of Civil Infrastructures and Transport".

IRD specializises particularly in transportation planning and civil infrastructure design and works supervision. A wide range of services is also provided that span from consulting engineering support to technical assistance in construction: local and national transport planning, traffic studies (roads, railways, maritime and river traffic), road maintenance study, soil and geotechnical surveys, soil and foundations engineering, estimating, technical feasibility studies, contract documents and bid evaluation, study for institutional building and strengthening.
