General description
From December 2000, UAB „Bioprojektas“ has been specializing in the designing of housing, public destination, economic activity structures and boiler-houses (up to 25 MW capacity). According to Certificate No. 2081, issued by the Ministry of Environment, we are involved in the designing of architectural, constructional, water supply and sewage, heating and ventilation, as well as electrical engineering (up to 1000 V voltage) parts. We perform technical maintenance of these parts of the project in the construction objects of special importance, prepare detailed planning documents of territories, and coordinate projects.Attested heads and engineers of the project and project parts, working from 2003 according to the quality management system EN ISO 9001:2000, carry out the designing works.
We perform designing works throughout Lithuania, whereas projects are implemented with the application of most sophisticated computing, designing and drawing software programs.

Designing works are carried out stage-by-stage:
1. Preprojecting proposals – proposals for a technological part, selection of equipment, handling of preprojecting documents, coordination of proposals with the customer;
2. Technical project – the essential requirements, decisions for construction of the designed building are determined, permit for construction is received according to it, the working design of the structure is prepared;
3. Working project covers the detailed decisions of the technical project. According to this project, construction works are carried out, building products and articles are manufactured, the structure is put into exploitation and is accepted for use, and legally registered.
Computing and designing programs: „Autocad“; „Windows“; „Staad pro“; „Start“; „Varsa“, and „Astera“ are used for calculation of the outlay value of all projects, consisting of thermal mechanical; architectural, constructions of the structure; automation-electrical engineering, environmental protection parts.
