In 2002 our range of services greatly expanded when DHV Group of the Netherlands acquired a minority ownership position in DELCAN. DHV's expertise in engineering and technology, water resource management, tunnelling, airports and manufacturing facilities, together with DELCAN'S global leadership in ITS, Project Management, Compliance Auditing and Public-Private Partnerships, enables DELCAN to respond to a greater number of opportunities worldwide.
