iproplan® Planungsgesellschaft mbH is an independent firm of Consulting Engineers and Architects with a long tradition in the design and management of a wide range of building and civil engineering projects in both the private and the public sectors.

Presently the firm has over 170 staff – architects and engineers – involved in the consultancy, design and management of projects for the natural and built environments.

Typical Projects

ALBANIA - Supervision of Frushe Kruja prison, Albania. Supervisor of the construction of a new prison in Albania to European standards. The prison has a total capacity of 300, over an area of 60 000m². Supervision to Prag conditions.
- Masterplan for judicial infrastructure. The overall objective of the project is to enable the Ministry of Justice to form a realistic assessment of the future investment requirements for upgrading the judicial infrastructure throughout Albania upto 2015. As well as physical infrastructure needs, IT equipment standards and technical equipment specifications. Consortium with Nicholas O'Dwyer

CZECH REPUBLIC - R 48 Expressway - Bělotín Bypass. FIDIC Supervising Engineer. The Project is a part of the trunk road R48 across North Moravia, between Lipnik and Český Tě¨in (Polish Border). The project consists of a 2.1km greenfield expressway, which will be a two-lane dual carriageway. The proposed road will run partly on high embankments and partly on a 580m long dual viaduct. Consortium with Nicholas O'Dwyer.

ESTONIA - E20 Tallin – Narva road, reconstruction Maardu - Valgejoe road. Supervising FIDIC Engineer for this 62.7km road reconstruction project along the north coast of Estonia. Works include reconstruction and rehabilitiation of a number of bridges, overpasses and tunnels. Consortium with Nicholas O'Dwyer.

GAZA - Cargo terminal at Gaza international airport. The detailed design and supervision (FIDIC) of the construction of a Cargo Terminal facility at Gaza International Airport which is capable of handling 65 000 tonnes import and exports per annum. Consortium with TYPSA.

SYRIA – UNDP integrated pollution control project, Aleppo. Development of a comprehensive plan and management system for integrated pollution control and prevention in and around Aleppo to improve public health and increase Aleppo’s tourism potential.
- Lattakia station compound. Complete design services for a new railway station with tourist complex including mosque, 4 star hotel, restaurants, cinema, accommodation, offices. In addition to buildings the project includes the complete rail, signal, information, security, baggage and postal handling, maintenance, administration facilities for the station. Gross Floor area : 53 000m². Development area : 100 000m². Consortium with BRT Engineering & Spiekermann.
